COLORSTEEL® MAXAM® represents the next generation of COLORSTEEL®, combining the brand's renowned quality and consistency with the innovative ACTIVATE® Technology. Developed specifically to withstand higher atmospheric salt concentrations, COLORSTEEL® MAXAM® ensures long-lasting performance, making it a versatile solution for properties located on the coast, inland, in geothermal areas, or in industrial settings.
The key features of COLORSTEEL® MAXAM® include its use of an AM150 ZINCALUME® steel substrate, which is covered with a multi-coated paint system. This system consists of a unique composition and microstructure with ACTIVATE™ Technology, providing enhanced corrosion resistance. The material is coated with a high-performance AM metallic alloy that includes magnesium, with a nominal coating mass of 150g/m², as per AS1397:2013 standards. Additionally, a 3-layer organic coating is applied to both sides of the material, offering exceptional protection against tough environmental conditions. COLORSTEEL® MAXAM® paint technology, provides excellent resistance to chalking and fading.
